From the owner

Hoa Khe Villa is an authentic Vietnamese villa. It dates back 200 years and is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site. The villa is located in the very center of Hoi An and is in the pedestrian zone. The Japanese covered bridge is in the same street as the villa, The Chinese assembly Hall, pagodas and ancient houses are all within walking distance.

The hustle and bustle of Hoi An does not reach into the villa, which is very quiet with its own designated entrance and garden, totally secure for your family and kids.

The villa is a private heaven on a land plot of 220 square meters, which makes the villa’s garden unique in terms of size in Hoi An’s ancient town.

Hoa Khe is Vietnamese for carambola or star fruit, a decades old carambola tree dominates the garden and if you arrive in the right season you can either see the tree blossom or pick its fruits!

During the evening you will be able to enjoy all the magical atmosphere of thousands of lanterns illuminating the walking streets.

The villa accommodates 6 persons comfortably. For larger groups, please contact us, we have extra bedding available.

The villa is a self-catering accommodation. It has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove and oven.

The living and dining area’s have a comfortable sofa, flat screen TV’s with international cable channels, DVD players and a PlayStation console.

The villa has 4 bedrooms. A master bedroom of 35sqm with a king size double bed, a 20 sqm and a 15 sqm room with 1 queen size double bed each. The downstairs bedroom has been set up for easy accessibility for persons with reduced mobility.

There are 3 bathrooms with showers.

The garden and terrace have been set up so meals can be enjoyed outside.

Daily housekeeping and cleaning of the house is included in the price.

Free WIFI for guests.

A laundry service is available for guest.

We can arrange airport transfers, or other excursions with car and driver at your request.

The neighborhood is made up of temples, pagodas and authentic colorful houses that make the fame Hoi An. The Japanese Covered bridge is 200m from the house. Hoi An is a small town that one can easily explore on foot or by bicycle. The historic district is closed to cars and filled with shops and restaurants

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Raphael (the owner) a message.

If Raphael (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
