From the owner

Spacious three-room apartment at the historic village square of Hofheim-Lorsbach. The apartment is equipped with high-quality beds, floor heating and a spacious terrace. Very good connections to Frankfurt: 5 minutes by foot to the train station and then about 20 minutes to Frankfurt main station and about 30 minutes to Frankfurt fair.

Welcome to our little apartment house. The house was built in 1920 and renovated and modernized carefully and with love to details in 2004 by the previous owner.

The apartment on the ground floor has 66 squaremeters (710 squarefeet) of space. It consists of two bedrooms, a combined living room and kitchen and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. In one bedroom we have a 1.80 meter (5.9 feet) wide double bed, in the other two 1 meter (3,3 feet) wide single beds. All beds are high quality boxspring beds.

Every room is equipped with floor heating, satellite TV and electric window-shutters. In addition the apartment has a light concept with 75 LED lights, some of which you can switch on in little groups, so you can adjust the lighting individually as you like it. Free parking is available in the courtyard.

In the basement there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer available, which can be used.

Lorsbach has a very good train connection to Frankfurt. Between 5 am and 1 am trains are leaving every 15 or 30 minutes. The travel time to Frankfurt central station is 23 minutes and to Frankfurt Messe (fair) 33 minutes. By foot it takes 5 minutes to the train station. By car you need about 25 minutes to Frankfurt.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Anja (the owner) a message.

If Anja (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
