Luxury, kid-friendly, spacious residence (95 m2) in District 2, just 8 minutes by drive to Bến Thành market via Mai Chí Thọ road. There are 2 big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room and a modern kitchen as in the pictures. Bedding for 6 persons, also very fast WIFI (up to 40 Mbps) included as free of charge.

Stunning garden (1,6 hectares) with 3 swimming pools, playground, restaurants, shops, movie theatres at the doorsteps. Very popular among families with small children.

Our residence is situated on the 16th floor in Imperia An Phú luxury residences (built in 2013), which is a fantastic 5-star residence with all services for relaxing and enjoying your every minute on vacation. Every thing is there ready. The big yard (1,6 hectares) is amazing place for all ages, specially for children, swimming-loving people. 



Bedding:

Master bedroom (15,55 m2): double bed (1600 x 2000 mm) for 2 persons.

Second bedroom (13,85 m2): bunk bed (upper bed 1 000 x 2 000 mm, lower bed 1 400 x 2 000 mm) for 3 persons.

Living room: L-shape sofa (1 600 x 2 300 mm), could be shared for 2 persons.

There is a foldable mattress in the walk-in-closet also.

Measures and deepness of the swimming pools:

20 m x 40 m, 1,3-1,6 m deep
2 smaller swimming pools for chidlren are 0,5-0,7 m deep. Perfect for small children.

The residence is on the 16th floor (at 65 m height), with great view to the North. A modern kitchen with a dinning set for 8 persons. 


There is high-speed WIFI for your private use only at the speed of 40 Mbs as well as 45 TV channels as HD-resolutions, 10 are English-speaking.

Three (3) restaurants, 2 cofeterias, 3 shops, 1 bakery are just inside the buildings at 100 m from the door.


The massive Parkson An Phú, Metro-supercenter and Thảo Điền mega mall are just in a short walking distance. The Parkson-mall even has all you need as well as the biggest movies theaters are in the 7th floor. There is a very large food court of all kind of foods of the world in the 4th floor.
