From the owner

Brooklands Villa is just a short walk from the main activities and attractions awaiting you in Hisaronu. The villa was built in 2005, is spacious,fully air-conditioned, has mosquito screens on all windows and doors and has been furnished to the highest standard. The villa is on 3 floors having 2 large double bedrooms with a shared Shower room downstairs and 2 more large double bedrooms each with own private bathroom/shower and balcony upstairs. The lounge area has another cloakroom and leads to the fully equipped kitchen with Breakfast Bar.
The Kitchen contains all amenities to give a home from home feel. The Kitchen leads to an 'L' shaped covered terrace, ideal for eating al fresco and gazing into the forest over your morning coffee and fresh provisions from the local supermarket just a stones throw away in the High Street.
The terrace leads down to the main Private Pool and small Children's pool and Barbecue where there is plenty of space to lie in the sun and splash in the pools.
Downstairs is a TV/Leisure room with 53" LCD TV, Satellite, DVD, Playstation and Surround Sound System Great to relax and enjoy a movie or let the kids play games on the Playstation.
The villa is perfectly placed for Hisaronu High Street and yet nestled quietly amongst the Pine trees. There is a daily free Private Pick up from the Villa to one of the private beaches located at the Lagoon at Oludeniz just 10 minutes away where you can spend a wonderful tranquil day enjoying the lagoon and the beautiful Babadag Mountain views and take a pedaloe out across the lagoon. There are Restaurants there too.
The Dolmus (local Bus) runs every few minutes and services both Oludeniz and the vibrant town of Fethiye (just 14 minutes away by bus). Fethiye is a fantastic harbour where many boat trips can be enjoyed.
We believe our villa is ideally placed so you can get anywhere easily and will make for a holiday experience you will never forget.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
