Description

You already know that Reed's Island is the absolute best address in Hilo. There are houses (nice ones) listed here for rent and getting great reviews. But do you really need to spend $400 to $600 per night to stay here? - if you are only a couple that is far more than you need to spend for a wonderful experience.

Although this apartment is part of a larger house, it is NOT a private room in a house. It is a completely separate and private apartment which is attached to a house - it has a totally separate and private entrance. Has its own private large bathroom and kitchenette. There is no part which is shared with the main house.

This B&B is newly on the market, all new construction, and a Terrific location - check it out.

The space is 520 sq.ft. in size, with a new queen size bed. The kitchen area is a kitchenette, no full size oven and full size rangetop - but rather a compact rangetop, a convection oven, toaster, blender, full coffee grinding and preparing gear, an outdoor propane stovetop, full size refrigerator, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. There is a compact clothes washer and clothes dryer.

There is a large HD TV, with cable and streaming Netflix and Amazon movies. Wi-Fi internet.

Check-in time is 3:00 pm and Check-out is 11:30 am (later if there is no one checking in that day). You need only show up to check-in. There is no need to meet with hosts at that time - so you can arrive at any time after stated check-in time - the apartment will be open and ready for you.

How do damage deposits work?
