I am the owner of Park Beach Place and have been taking care of this business for over 12 years now and have had many many guests from overseas, some staying for a few weeks or even much longer. I have a lot of regular guests returning year after year and I also get a lot of professional business people here too, it seems they prefer to stay at Park Beach Place rather than a hotel. Park Beach Place is ideally situated just 5 minutes from Perths best beaches and Hillary's Boat Harbour Resort where we have over 20 Restaurants, plus numerous Cafes, Shops the WA Aquarium and a kids theme park. Just a few of the great things to be enjoyed during your stay or simply enjoy sunbathing on our golden beaches. Why not catch the ferry to the beautiful unspoilt island of Rottnest. Go whale watching, fishing or diving. Joondalup City is just a 10 minute drive away.

Please note that my units are spacious open plan studios approximately 60m2. plus an attractive outdoor dining area for your own use.

There is a washing machine in a store room for your use.

The units are self catering and not serviced, we do hope you can look after the property with ease, cleaning products and a hoover are at hand

I may consider a third guest/child over the age of 7 years but this depends on how many people are staying in the building (Units and House) at the time of booking. Each unit has a decent sized independent outdoor alfesco area where you can relax with a drink or dine out. I live next door to the units in the main house so am on hand if you need any assistance. Please let me know if you need any info on car hire (previous guests let me know which are the best companies to deal with and also which will provide an airport pick up/drop off service which can be really useful if you arrive late in the evening and don't wish to try and find your way around an unfamiliar country. You will have complimentary WiFi and I am happy to do a shop for you if you are arriving late. I am within walking distance to excellent medical centres and there are tennis courts close by and a great fitness centre with indoor and outdoor pools

A car is not absolutely necessary but would be good.

Dear Guest, the drop down bar on this site does not allow for me to enter my accommodation as an open plan studio or Unit. It can only be described as an Apartment Also in some instances this site doesn't have drop down bar choices, eg the beds are Queen beds not Double or King The drop down bar doesn't allow for the sofa bed to be stipulated for a single person... It is for a possible 3rd person but this must always be requested at the time of booking which will also incur an extra fee.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jennifer (the owner) a message.

If Jennifer (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
