Our modern clean caravan is on a fantastic site with a beach themed interior. Anyone renting our lovely caravan will be sure to have a great holiday on a beautiful 5* site with great facilities to keep the whole family amused. The caravan is sited in the historic town of Christchurch, Dorset and is within walking distance to the beach and within driving distance to the New Forest and many other tourist attractions in and around the Dorset area.

HOBURNE HOLIDAY PARK IS VERY WELL MAINTAINED WITH GRASSED AREAS, PLENTY OF MATURE BUSHES, NOT TOO LARGE A SITE. BEACH IS A 10 MINUTE WALK AWAY AND LARGE SUPERMARKET ALSO A 10 MINUTE WALK AWAY. ON BUS ROUTE, CLOSE TO HISTORIC TOWN OF CHRISTCHURCH, HENGISTBURY HEAD FOR WALKING AND HIGHCLIFFE CASTLE.
THIS HOLIDAY IS IDEAL FOR FAMILIES IN THE HEIGHT OF THE SEASON WHEN IT HAS LOTS OF ENTERTAINMENT AND PLENTY OF PEOPLE ON SITE. ELECTRICITY AND CLEAN INCLUDED BUT WE DO LIKE OUR RENTERS TO LEAVE THE CARAVAN IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN YOU ARRIVE.
Please note there is no parking space adjacent to the caravan which makes it quieter for guests but there is parking in the communal area right near the caravan.

- Very Good
We were very pleased initially with all the facilities in the caravan with all it's very well stocked commodities which were very nice. Also liked the extra room space in the bedroom with it's nice little dressing table. The site was extremely quiet which we appreciated. The down side was that we were cold in the evenings, 19 degrees is too low. The electric fire cuts out after 5 mins, a bit annoying. We had lovely weather so it wasn't exactly needed all the time, but disconcerning after the sun had gone down. Also we did not have any wardrobe space? One side is off limits with a lock and key, and the other side was full of outdoor chairs? Were we supposed to haul them out? could not hang any clothes up. The cleanliness was superb very impressed with the layout and we very happy with our holiday, it was homely, even though we do not like quirky extras, especially the one in the bathrrom "Life is Short"...... We already know this that's why we were there, still a nice gesture.
Owner's reply: We are so sorry that the caravan was not as you expected. With regard to the heating there were instructions of how to turn it up to 21 degrees in the book on arrival. Also if there was a problem with hanging clothes in the wardrobe then you only needed to ring us and it would have been no problem to take the outdoor chairs out of the wardrobe and also the extra plastic drawer unit in there. Unfortunately as this is our family caravan and we use it regularly we have to leave our personal clothes etc in a locked wardrobe, there was an extra wardrobe in the little bedroom which you could have used. We are also sorry that some of our quirky sayings were not to your taste but we cannot please everyone all of the time and we have never received a negative comment about these in the past. I hope this hasn't put you off coming to visit us again as we would love you to come.
“Caravan lovely, lots of amenities in the park, local area lovely”
Just returned from a four day break, caravan was lovely. A few gripes, we didn't realise you had to purchase entertainment tickets for the pool seperately. I would suggest you take fans the heat in the caravan was unbearable. I was also surprised we were asked to clear up? This should be included in the price.

“Super getaway location”
lovely accommodation here at summer breeze. spotlessly clean and all you need for a family break away. We stayed for four nights and were so comfortable with 2 bedrooms and great lounge area. The whole caravan is light and airy, and warm with central heating. Full kitchen facilities and nice hot shower. The caravan is located on a holiday park with swimming pool, arcade and adventure playground. Close to the beach (20 min walk) and Christchurch in your doorstep. We love it here and will be coming again :-)

Great Caravan on a lovely site perfect for our small children with aavon beach and Mud ford 1-2 miles away, Christchurch is a beautiful and you are 30 minutes from Brockenhurst in the New forest which is a great drive to experience the forest, so pleased we booked. Just a tip on car parking check the prices as Avon beach has 2 car parks both charge about £10-12 a day after 4 hours but I small print you can get a weekly ticket via the phone for £20
