Collier House is perfectly situated between the three cities of Bath, Bristol and Wells.

You can head out in any direction and see the best that this area has to offer. Our nearest town is Bath - 9 miles away, Bristol - 11 miles away and Wells - 11 miles away.

Our cottage is comfortable extremely well equipped for a short stay or longer if you're using us a base. We have three good size bedrooms with a wooden cot high chair stair gate and child friendly dishes etc. There is a small sunny garden area with lots of seating and a Bar be que. Indoors is a comfortable lounge with 2 sofas along with a flat screen tv and DVD player. We have a good selections of films games and books.

The kitchen is well stocked. There is a built combination oven/microwave along with a separate microwave. Full size fridge with a small freezer section. But if you don't want to cook there is a great pub The Hunter Rest under a mile up the lane or an award winning Fish & Chip restaurant/take away.

“Excellent cottage, beautiful location”

Reviewed 15 Apr 2018

The cottage was immaculate and had everything we needed for a family trip visiting our Somerset relatives. Beautifully decorated and very comfortably furnished. The flowers and cake on arrival were very much appreciated. A very comfortable stay, all the bedrooms had views over the surrounding fields, our eldest Grandson loved looking out for the sheep and horses. The cottage was close to Bath and Bristol, the park and ride is to be recommended. We left feeling relaxed and rested, thank-you. Ann Clarke

Owner's reply: Highly recommend this family. Great communication and left the cottage in a clean and tidy state.

“Cosy Cottage”

Lovely cottage in a peaceful rural area, yet centrally located between Bath, Bristol & Wells. The accommodation is cosy, comfy, immaculate and well equipped and was absolutely perfect for our family reunion. Owner, Meryl was very helpful and gave us some local information and advice. I would certainly recommend this cottage for a comfortable stay

Owner's reply: Many Thanks for your kind words. It make all the hard work worth it. Look forward to seeing you all one day as there is so much to enjoy in this area. Kind Regards Meryl & Martyn

“A beautiful, warm and welcoming little cottage”

Perfect location. Quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, yet lose enough to all amenities. I stayed with 2 girls under 12 who thought it was divine. Hope to stay again soon.

“Wonderful Stay!!!!”

Reviewed 28 May 2017

I stayed here the night before my wedding with my bridesmaids! It's a beautiful house and very comfortable. We got ready the next day with no problems- there was plenty of room and meryl the host was very accommodating with all the guests that were arriving for example photographer, hair stylists etc. My parents then stayed here the night of the wedding and loved it!! Thank you very much!

Owner's reply: It was great to have been a small part of your special day and glad that you all felt so welcome. Its important to us that our guest all feel at home here and want to come back :)
