Description

"Craigellachie Retreat" is a beautiful well facilitated 3 bedroom self–catering holiday house in a quiet location surrounded by woodland walks and views of the nearby mountains. It benefits from the addition of a summer house, drying room and shed for bike storage.

The property is suitable for couples and families. The summer house gives some additional space to relax. The drying room is ideal to dry any outdoor clothing, skis, walking and ski boots enabling you to get your damp equipment dry for another day.

It is an ideal base from which to play and explore the stunning Cairngorms National Park and surrounding areas.

The 'Aviemore Orbital' path which extends to the town centre via a pleasant woodland walk, is accessed across the road from the property.

We know there is not always enough space in your car to bring along toys for young children so we like to help by providing some. Please tell us your young children's ages when booking and we will aim to provide some age appropriate items.

There is free WiFi installed at the property.

Great location, about 20-25 minute walk to the centre of Avimore, lovely walk through the woods to get to there. Lots of nice eating places.

Had a fantastic family holiday. House was lovely and very comfortable- had everything you could need. Garden great for relaxing in and summer house was an added bonus. Toys left for kids to play with was a nice touch too. Thanks for a great holiday, we will hopefully be back soon!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jan (the owner) a message.

If Jan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
