"Place in the Woods"
Very well appointed and a nice place for two couples with ample space to sit and relax. All the mod cons available and plenty of utensils, mugs, plate etc to allow all the days meals to go into the dishwasher at one go. The shared balcony was very nice in the early morning sun with a cuppa and in the late afternoon with a cocktail. The poor road approach was a disappointment. The develoments are very close to each other so you have to be mindful of who can see what through the windows. The Sky package is the bare minimum so don't expect any sports channels, (great said my mates wife !! ) It is in the wild woods of North Devon, a long walk to the pub and no shops of any note anywhere close. It took us 35 minutes every day to drive to the coast for the walks we wanted but they were excellent when we got there. Would recommend it for the price.

"Great accommodation in a lovely rural setting"
We wanted good accommodation in Devon with a minimum of two bedrooms. This surpassed our expectations with both rooms en-suite. As well as a downstairs toilet (so no arguments between the children). Well equiped all round especially in the kitchen with both Dishwasher and Washer/Dryer even had a playstation one, which my young son enjoyed, and plenty of games. The only negative was the 45 minute journey to the coast and the really bad access road to the property. It wouldn't take much to sort this out with some concrete as they have done in parts.
