“Ideal combination of hotel facilities and spacious apartment”

We had a delightful five days in apartment 1206. The property provides accommodation for two plus facilities for more. Over Shabbat, we had an overnight guest on the double sofa-bed, plus a tired nephew dozing one day on the settee. There is in theory room for even more guests... we noted the rollaway bed and cot that (subject to the owner's consent) might occasionally be used. It's a spacious property, but the bedroom is separated from the living area by a fabric blind, not by a wall. So this should be thought of as accommodation for two adults plus guests/children. The kitchen is quite well equipped, and has lots of cutlery, crockery, and cookware. There is more than is needed. The huge television does everything you could ask for. However, the controls left me puzzled, but that is me – I felt I needed a PhD in television to correctly use the controls to access all the channels and facilities. The air-con worked well. A big plus is the hotel facilities – the gardens, pool, and so on, not to mention the proximity to the beach. The hotel staff were uniformly helpful and charming. You could make requests at the reception desk that regular hotel guests might make, such as notepaper, maps, guidance, and so on. We asked in the lobby restaurant for milk for our coffee-making, and they gave us cups (free of charge) to take upstairs. We ate in each of the restaurants, and food was of a high standard – the Shizen restaurant was best. The owner, whom we never met, arranged for keys (plus 15% discount cards) to be collected by us from Reception when we arrived. When we asked for some faulty light-bulbs to be replaced, she sent round an electrician within a short period. Communications with the owner by email and phone were speedy, informative and courteous. You provide your own shampoo and soap, so it is good that there are shops nearby that provide essentials from dawn to the middle of the night. Parking is free, and there was plenty of it. We left the car on the street, or in the rough ground between the Daniel Hotel and the next hotel. Downsides? They are minor. The communal parts of the Daniel Hotel are not as well maintained as other many other five-star establishments. There are no balconies in this tower of the Daniel Hotel. The flat is modern but has had a bit of wear, which you don’t notice after an hour or two.

We were a family of four and stayed in this apartment for 10 days in the summer. The apartment is very attractively furnished with a good set of kitchen implements and pans. It is one very spacious room with a screen separating the lounge from the master bed room. There was loads of cupboard space. There was a large screen TV with cable and free wi fi. The apartment is on the 10th floor and at the sea end of the hotel giving penthouse-style views of the beach and sea. Bertine was most helpful in settling us down and helping us resolve minor problems such as using the wi-fi and replacing a bulb that blew in the bathroom. The apartment is connected with the Daniel Towers Hotel so one can the pool and restaurant facilities of this elegant hotel. We would be delighted to return to this apartment

My stay at the apartment was great ! * the Location is amazing , right at the beach with a breathtaking view. 5min walk to Herzliya Marina, and mall . 10 min walk to the city center and the great restaurants it has to offer. * the apt Is very modern and clean the owner has been a great help in everything needed.
