Barn Cottage is beautifully situated in the peaceful village of Herodsfoot. The cottages are only 15 minutes from the stunning beaches at Looe and Talland Bay, yet are secluded from the hustle and bustle.

This lovely stone built cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms.

You enter the cottage via stone steps which lead into the living area on the first floor. This lovely open space provides a great family area and the long window at the far end allows for wonderful unspoilt views across the dell.

On the first floor, you will find the kitchen and dining area next to the lounge area, complete with flatscreen television, with freeview and DVD player.

Go down the wooden stairs, and you will find two cosy, comfortable and stylish bedrooms. One bedroom comes complete with a luxurious king size bed, and the other has sturdy wooden bunk beds, perfect for the younger members of the family.

Also downstairs is the modern family bathroom complete with bath and power shower. Fluffy towels and bed linen are provided as standard to ensure complete comfort during your stay.

Barn Cottage is dog friendly and comes complete with access to our facilities including:

• Five acres of unspoilt gardens and woodland

• Nature walk along the stream

• Childrens play area and trampoline

• Unlimited wifi access

• Laundry room facilities

Expect to hear owls tooting, bats flying by and deer walking through the gardens and by the stream.

The location is amazing and family-friendly. All the facilities needed were present. We did some great walks; Looe- Polperro and a circular walk near Fowey. A place we would surely recommend!

Why can't I call FAYE (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send FAYE (the owner) a message.

If FAYE (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
