This unique holiday home blends original period features with modern luxury and smart technology, resulting in a special experience that gives you an unbeatable location and incredible sea views through giant bay windows and a fabulous balcony.

The spacious, bright rooms keep you cool in the summer thanks to lovely high ceilings, which catch your eye with their original coving features. You’ll be sure to feel warm and cosy in the winter, too, with underfloor heating and amazing Victorian cast iron radiators, not to mention blankets aplenty for you to curl into.

Stepping into this home you are immediately struck by its grandness; the gorgeous marble fireplace, antique rugs and furniture, stunning chandeliers, beautifully restored parquet flooring and intricate stained glass features will hark you back to a time of great splendour.

But enjoying the opulence of old doesn’t mean missing out on the savviness of new. This is a ‘smart’ home in every sense of the word, from its internet-enabled entry system and Nest thermostat to its Google Home smart speaker and 65-inch 4K Ultra HD Smart TV, offering you five-star home entertainment when you’re not enjoying the local attractions.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
