Welcome to my Home my Name is Claire

I Purchased my apartment because I Loved it as soon as I walked in it has a very light living area overlooking the sea with a special private feel, With extravagant and luxury fittings I am sure you will feel right at home as soon as you walk in, I have tried to make this a special place for everyone.

Also a great central location with all the local activities nearby , Air show, Carnival, Herne bay festival week , fireworks and bands at the bandstand through the summer.

Also I like time on the beach so I often take the BBQ and have dinner or just a glass of wine watching the sail boats.

Weather? Then I have my lovely view from The apartment.

Luxury penthouse with opulent decor, 2 Bedroom accommodation with all amenities, extensive views of the sea and the Kent coast, Harbour, Pier, The beautiful Victorian clock tower, The penthouse has 1 King and 1 double TV's in both bedrooms and cinema system in lounge and music system.

Fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer toaster kettle microwave and Dinning table overlooking the sea.

Centrally located and excellent for exploring Kent with Whitstable and Canterbury both within 20 minutes drive and less that 1hour 30 minutes to London direct train from Herne Bay.

The Apartment has a lift and is suitable for partial disability but not wheelchair access within the apartment.

Just a Walk from The Apartment

Stroll along the seafront up towards the beacon downs passing the famous statue of Barnes Wallace and the kings hall the home of many events in Herne bay (collect information booklet from the reception area )head on towards the Reculver towers that is steeped in history. However, as an alternative you can explore the many other local attractions. Chill in the memorial park (why not take a picnic) with duck pond and tennis court . Take a walk along the Victorian pier with the quaint little wooden retail huts (indulge yourself in champagne and oysters), visit the Herne bay museum find out all the local history.

I think honest revues are great and very useful for anyone looking for feedback, My response on a more positive side to this feedback. Herne Bay seaside town in October is Limited with things to do any seaside town in October would be. so is ideal for anyone looking for a quieter time plenty of walks History great views and a central location to explore Kent its not Brighton yes we also have a pub next door that do have live music some Fridays and some Saturday and worth a visit, Its a pub with History (The Divers) has great music but we are still up on the third floor. wifi no I do not have wifi as stated but all mobile phone get great reception and I connect my laptop to my phone or use the free WIFI in pubs and cafe's but phone is great reception. yes the second bedroom is smaller but it has a wardrobe chest of draws and 2 bedside cabinets and a double bed you can still walk around is very adequate. Now The boudoir style complete with semi naked ladies, that's how advertised? very 1930's and Victorian style mixed with modern nothing distasteful and I like a mix with modern in truly Victorian Herne Bay I look out onto the old Victorian clock tower out to sea or towards the Reculver towers that I can see from the dinning table. After saying all that its my home but I would not change it or swap its location for anything its fantastic I love it and I hope most love it as much as me any questions please contact me for help and advice.

How do damage deposits work?

If Claire (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
