There is central heating and very limited sea views.The property is housed in a quiet road situated at the top of Herne Bay.Due to the property only just being finished the drive is currently out of use so road parking will be necessary. This is right outside the property.There is a small private garden at the bottom of the stairs housing a table and chairs to enjoy good weather and Al fresco dining.

Covered and secure parking available for jet skis. We can supply a travel cot for a small child

For those in search of a traditional seaside holiday will find it in Herne Bay. Two miles of seafront with beaches and brightly coloured beach huts. The seafront is busy with bucket and spade shops, cafes, arcades and a pier full of locals selling a variety of goods.The town of Herne Bay is down the hill from the property where all local amenities can be found. For example a cinema, leisure centre, clock tower, band stand, and all the usual shops and restaurants/cafes. There is a busy market on Saturdays in the towns high street.There is a main line train station approx 2 miles away which has direct links to London .The town of Whitstable with its oysters and quirky shops is 5 miles away and the City of Canterbury is only 7 miles away. The cathedral and huge variety of shops is a must for a day out. It also has a very popular theatre.
