Gas central heating, terrace with teak garden furniture and cushions + deckchair + dual Chilean fixed charcoal grill, bench, garden on 1600 m2. Detached chalet with motorcycle garage and storage + bikes table tennis table + baby stroller + umbrella + boots all sizes available; 1 double bedroom on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms upstairs. Not included in the price: -Package electricity, hot water and heating according to season surcharge (40 or 60 € per week, 15 € per weekend and 30 € per midweek) - Spa Electricity according to meter reading: 0 20 € / kW options Price 2018: linen rental (beds made on arrival): 10 € per bed linen rental towels: 5 € per person rental wellness kit (bathrobe 1 + 1 towel + 1 pair of flip flops) : 5 € per person cleaning: 60 € Massage on reservation from 50 € per hour Wood billed by consumption.
