Description

You are renting a completely and comfortably equipped home in the 'gated' Golf & country club HERITAGE OAKS, located in the eastern part of Sarasota. Our 2002-home has about 150 m² living space including 2 separate sleeping areas each with bathroom.

All floors are in laminate and tile in the baths and kitchen. From the screened patio you have direct view onto the 15th green. Linens and towels are sufficient available as well as washer and dryer, AC and other up-to-date appliances or tools.

The private G & CC offers a top 18-hole champion course with temporary transfer of membership to the tenant, clubhouse with restaurant and bar, fitness center, proshop, floodlight tennis courts and several heated pools. Surrounded by nature and lakes you will find peace and quiet here, the center of Sarasota and less peaceful focal points of the city can be reached within a 20 minutes ride.

Sarasota, cultural center of Florida, has about 600,000 inhabitants. Due to its climate, the Sarasota/Manatee County is one of the favorite all year round holiday regions of the US. well known beaches of siesta key (#1 in US) with a mile-long white sand beach, Lido key and longboat key just a few minutes away at your doorstep. More than 80 challenging golf courses in accessible neighborhood offer sufficient challenge and alternative. Downtown Sarasota you will find a top infrastructure with shopping, Museum, opera, theatre and restaurants of all child.
