Nestled on the Welsh border, in a peaceful rural location adjacent to a 23 acre common, 8 miles from Ross on Wye and 13 miles from Hereford yet within an hour's journey of Cardiff and Bristol, and around 3 hours from London. Architect designed to maximise living space, the three bedrooms are on the ground floor, with a completely open plan kitchen dining living space upstairs. Exceptionally large windows in almost all areas allow a light and spacious environment that is rarely found in barn conversions.It sleeps up to 6, with two double rooms with 5ft beds and a double/twin room.Situated on a working farm, with fantastic countryside views.
