From the owner

The apartment is situated in Meljine, the local area adjacent to Herceg Novi, and is within 5 minutes walk to the beach. Numerous supermarkets nearby selling fresh food and groceries.

The restaurants and cafes are also within 5 minutes walking distance, as is the 5 km long sea promenade for those evening walks by the sea.

The apartment is in a private house, in a quiet, residential area. Comfortable and modernised, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with a king-size bed and a cot (if required), the other with twin beds and en-suite shower room. Both bathrooms with shower cubicles.

Also, a separate through lounge with sofa-bed, 2 armchairs, TV and a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs. The apartment can accommodate 5 adults and infant sleeping in a cot, or 4 adults and 2 children.

Outside, spacious and fully fenced patio/garden with table, chairs, and sun loungers - perfect for evenings with grilled fish or meat cooked on the large barbeque and drinks with a fresh slice picked of the lemon trees. The shade is provided by a large canopy and parasol. The many potted plants and flowers add colour and scent.

The apartment is cleaned weekly by our housekeeper. Bed linen and hand/bath towels provided.

Doors and windows with shutters, ceramic floor tiling, Air-condition unit and fans.

Please note: There is a short hill on the approach to the apartment and may not be suitable for elderly people with mobility problems.

We (the owners) or our representative will meet you on arrival at the property. We live on-site and will be available to answer any questions, including places to see, restaurants to eat in, and other information you may need like doctors, dentists or hospital. We do socialise with our guests on an odd evening over a glass of wine, but this is up to our guests. A tourist tax of 1.20 Euro per person/per night is payable to the local authority on arrival and it's compulsory. We will do this on your behalf.

Why can't I call Jan (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jan (the owner) a message.

If Jan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
