Description

This luxury modern 3-bedroom maisonette with private swimming pool is suitable to sleep up to 6 people.

It is located in “Mesampelies”, a really quiet neighbourhood, close to the city centre of Heraklion and very close to the Palace of Knossos.

Alcestis Maisonette is consisted of a very spacious living room, dining area, a kitchen with all modern amenities and a WC at the ground floor level including full air condition system, TV, fast internet connection and laundry.

On the first floor there is a master bedroom, a double bedroom and a single bedroom that all have their own balconies. There is a full bathroom with a hot tub.

In the living room there is the possibility to accommodate an extra person at a sofa bed and on request we can provide an extra single bed.

Outdoors our guests are more than welcomed to enjoy our private swimming pool or sit, enjoy and relax at our luxury garden furniture and of course to cook if they feel like at our BBQ facilities.

Linen change and cleaning service is provided once a week unless specified differently but if there is any other demand/need, this is something that can be negotiated of course.

House rules

Since our Maisonette is located in the city, by law it is required to have quiet hours.

During the summer season from 15:00 to 17:30 and from 23:00 to 7:00.
During the winter season from 15:30 to 17:30 and from 22:00 to 7:30.

Summer period shall be the period from 1 April to 30 September.
Winter period shall be the period from October 1 to March 31.

We kindly request from our guests to respect the quiet times.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Vasileios (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
