Evriali in ancient Greek means "wide sea". Casa Evriali is a beautiful mansion, located only 100m away from a sandy beach. The house is cozy and spacious, with large balconies and terraces. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and friendly, you can find everything you need within a walkable distance! Due it’s position, can be a great start point to visit the rest of the island. Perfect for any type of guest, the ones who love to explore and the ones who love to relax! Ideal for families.
The house is located on the first and second floor of the building. It has the following spaces:
Orfeas bedroom: one of our two very large bedrooms. Located on the first floor of the house, has it’s own private balcony. It is equipped with a double bed, a single bed, a sofa and a desk table. It is possible to add one more single bed and/or a baby cot.
Kalypso bedroom: smaller quiet bedroom with more privacy. Located on the first floor of the house, has it’s own private balcony. It is equipped with a double bed.
Semeli bedroom: our second very large bedroom. Located on the second floor of the building, has access to the 2nd floor terrace. It is equipped with a double king size bed and an antique dressing table. There is the possibility to add two single beds and/or a baby cot.
Thetis bedroom: spacious bedroom with access to the 2nd floor terrace. It is equipped with two single beds and one bunk bed. The two single beds can be joined together if requested.
Erato bedroom: spacious and cozy bedroom equipped with a double bed and a sofa. It is possible to add a single bed or a baby cot upon request.
2 LIVING ROOMS
Main living room equipped with leather sofas (triple, double and armchair) tv, stereo, dvd player. Has direct access to a big balcony.
Small living room with sofa, stools and piano.
The common spaces of the house are not wall separated and they are connected.
KITCHEN AND DINING SPACE
The kitchen is equipped with anything you might need (kitchen table, oven, kitchen stoves, 2 fridges, dishwasher, devices, cutlery etc.). Has direct access to the first floor terrace.
There is a big dinning table that can be extended.

PLAYROOM – ARTSPACE
Located on the basement of the building, in shared use with the other apartments. It is equipped with a ping pong table, darts, table games, children’s toys, lounge.
The neighborhood is quiet safe and friendly and you can find anything you might need within a walkable distance. The closest grocery store is 1 minute away as well as the closest restaurant and bar. The famous Cretaquarium is only 10 minutes walking (a pleasant walk by the sea) as well as Dinosauria, a children’s favorite theme park! The sea is sandy and shallow, perfect for kids. Kokkini Chani is a popular summer destination among local and foreign people. The coast line, full of small gulfs, is suggested for long evening walks by the sea. For those who prefer to relax by the sea with comfort, you can enjoy your coffee or drink on the free offered sun beds and umbrellas on the cafeterias nearby (something that by the way we find very welcoming!) There are of course many more, we have prepared a map for you with our favorite spots on the area!
Gournes is a popular summer destination among local and foreign people. The coast line, full of small gulfs, is suggested for long evening walks by the sea. Within a walkable distance you can find anything you might need, from grocery stores to cafeterias bars and restaurants. Located just 12 km outside Heraklion City, in the middle of north Crete, provides you easy access to all Cretan destinations. Heraklion, Knossos and the airport are only 15 minutes away by car, and famous beaches like Vai or Matala are easy to reach! The bus stop for either west or east side cities is less than 10 minutes walking. There are also many sights in the nearby area, like Cretaquarium, Dinosauria, Waterparks, the traditional vilage of Anopolis, Niros and Amnissos Antiquities, Skotino Cave...

- How do damage deposits work?

If KATERINA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
