“Serene beautiful getaway”

Reviewed 30 Jul 2016

Compact but very comfortable, had all we needed for a relaxing quiet break. Pull down bed simple to operate & very comfy, kitchen well equiped, lovely white towels & crisp white bedding. Helen & family went out of their way to make us welcome & comfortable whilst giving complete privacy.

Thank you so much for your review, we are so pleased you enjoyed your stay and hope we can welcome you back again in the future.

“Home from home”

Reviewed 28 Mar 2016

We were a large group of 6 adults and one dog so we occupied both The Coach House & The Pottery. Both were very well-equipped, warm and cosy, the beds were very comfortable, showers and kitchen all really modern, the perfect home from home. The garden was enchanting. Helen was amazing from the start, easy to contact with prompt replies, she also gave us a list of local restaurants and places to visit which was really useful. The eggs from her hens was a lovely gift. We really enjoyed our stay and would have loved to stay longer. Will definitely go back. Thank you again Helen.

Thank you so much for taking the time to review BOTH my properties. It was a pleasure to meet you all. I do hope I can welcome you back in the future.

“Very comfortable and compact Tardis”

Reviewed 5 Aug 2014

The Pottery is a delightful studio accommodation, it has been planned to make the most of the space available and is very comfortable for two people. It has all the facilities needed to make for a very relaxing stay in splendid surroundings. We made a couple of suggestions to the owners who are warm and welcoming, regarding equipment and these were acted upon. Everything is fitted out to the highest standard. On arrival we were greeted with a lovely pack of fresh local produce and this was a very welcome surprise. The area has much to commend it and lots to see and explore. We also travelled into Glasgow via the train from Helensburgh on a couple of occasions, leaving the car at the station (no charge)

Thank you so much for taking the time to review The Pottery, we are grateful to you both for the "missing list" which just finnish off the the overall experience of the property, and have now been put in place as you rightly say. We do hope we can welcome you back in the future to explore even further the beautiful countryside that is here on the West Coast.
