Description

Our maritime apartment on the 4th floor with east-facing balcony and a view towards lake, South Beach and the marina, we have lovingly restored in winter and completely refurbished. The modern living room is furnished with a comfortable couch area with a flat-screen TV and a dining area at the window. From the dining area you have a great view towards lake. The separate bedroom (with sliding glass door) has a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. For the hotter days of the ceiling fan makes a gentle stream of air for cooling. In a separate children's room is a bunk bed (90 x 200 cm). The great, open-plan kitchen has an oven, a dishwasher, a 4-hob with extractor and a spacious refrigerator with separate large freezer and is well equipped. All windows can be darkened with shutters. The bright bathroom has a shower and toilet are available. In the renovated balcony seating is available; from here you have a great view to the east. In your book, the daily use of the swimming pool and sauna is included in Aktivhus. You may enjoy with 2 adults and accompanying children. Enjoy the sunrise and have breakfast in the morning sun shining into the apartment until noon. Spa taxes are collected locally. Environment: The beach is reached in about 5 minutes. Heiligenhafen is also often referred to as the sun deck of the Baltic Sea because it has more sunny days than most other resorts along the lake. Around the holiday park there is a small supermarket with moderate prices, two bakeries, several different restaurants, fast food restaurants, ice cream shops and more shops. A cinema, bowling alley, bowling alley and mini golf offers variety at the holiday park. Enjoy the atmosphere of the old fishing town with a stroll through narrow streets or at the fishing port. Stroll along the new promenade from the marina to the impressive pier and the long white sand beach. For nature lovers, a trip to the Graswarder offers with its bird sanctuary. Learn about the birds in the Baltic Sea during a guided tour. If the sun is on holiday, the kids have fun in Aktivhus right on the park in Kinderland "Treasure Island". Bullies offers the sports arena beach volleyball, archery, football or climbing wall.
