Completely remodeled 4 bedroom 4.5 bathroom home located over looking the golf course. The home is set up for 8 adults and 4 children. You will have a bathroom in each bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances, granite countertops kitchen, and bathrooms. Five SMART TVs, Extra HDMI cord to hook up your gaming system. USB plugs, and an ice maker in the bar. This home comes with membership privileges to the RED APPLE INN CLUB with access to two pools, tennis courts, spa, fitness center, dining, and golf. Club membership also gives you access to the After Five Lounge. Heber Springs is a dry county you will need to bring your own libations for your enjoyment in the home. Golf cart provided for driving around the island. Do not allow your children to drive the golf cart. Outdoor gas grill. Indoor gas log fireplace. Lush towels and bedding, starter soaps, coffee, tea, toilet paper, paper towels, and basic pantry items provided. Located 5 min. from the marina, 10 min. from Heber Springs (groceries, dining, shops), 15 minutes from the Little Red River, a Blue Ribbon Trout Stream. House Book provides information about local dining and outdoor activities. Keyless entry.

We live on a farm at the top of the mountain 5 minutes away please feel free to contact us if you need anything. Private fishing trips on the river or rental boats arrangements available. Grocery shopping for your setup are also available. Heber Springs is a dry county.

No smoking, No pets. Check in after 4 PM. On Eden Isle one of the main modes of travel is by golf cart. Please be aware of the slower pace we enjoy on the island. We do not have baby beds in this home.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
