The Capital Luxury Penthouse Apartment at No.9 Razia Apartments The Apartment building is located in one of Oxford’s most popular and sought after areas and can be easily seen with its clean modern and curved front exterior on the A40 London Road into Oxford which is just a 20 minute bus ride on the 800 or 900, U1, U1x or U5x city bus services right into the heart of Oxford city. The exterior of the property is quite striking from an architectural viewpoint exceptionally well-maintained, and on-site parking is available with a dedicated parking. The Apartment The apartment is light and airy, and luxurious is located on the top floor of the modern and recently constructed Razia Apartments block, built in 2016. The lounge area offers a large balcony sliding door/window which leads onto a spacious balcony/terrace with great views over the local area. The Apartment features a a large master double bedroom with Hotel Quality beds and mattresses with zip and link beds which can be configured either as a large Super Kingsize Double bed or as 2 Separate Single Beds and comes with its own en-suite bathroom. The 2nd Bedroom also offers the same style beds which can be set up either as Kingsize Double or 2 Separate Single Beds. This bedroom also offers it's own en-suite bathroom. The third large bedroom again offers beds which not only give the great comfort you might expect in such an apartment but also versatility and flexibility of configuration either as a King Double or 2 separate Single beds and is served by a large family bathroom. The open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area – boasts all of the modern facilities you would expect from a top quality hotel. With a modern contemporary feel of luxury as you walk into The Capital Penthouse from its own dedicated Lift/Elevator, the North facing lounge area basks in plenty of sun-light. Here you will find a Large Flat-Screen Smart TV with Sofa and Sofa-bed, plus a dining area with Table and Chairs where you can eat and drink. High speed complimentary Wi-fi is included, meaning you can use the internet for work or leisure. Just off from the large lounge/dining area is a spacious open plan and well equipped kitchen which offers all the modern facilities you would expect including a kettle, toaster, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and tea and coffee making facilities. All cutlery and utensils including saucepans, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses are provided should you wish to prepare any food on-site. All Bedrooms at the Capital penthouse have hotel style and quality comfy beds with plump pillows and fresh linen. All bedrooms have wardrobes with hangers for storing clothes, as well as a full-length mirror, the all important hairdryer and iron and ironing-board too. The family bathroom, situated off the hallway, contains a shower-over-bath, basin and toilet, where fresh towels are provided, as well as Shampoo, Conditioner and shaving point and in addition to the family bathroom is a separate cloakroom WC with handbasin and toilet. As well as the premium quality linen, fluffy white towels and luxury toiletries supplied, we can also provide weekly cleaning and linen changes for longer staying guests. Location The apartment is perfectly situated for exploring Oxford. Easy to find, with great transport access, you are a short distance away from the city-centre, and also not far from the A40 Ringroad, M40 Motorway to London and the Thornhill Park & Ride. There are a number of shops and convenience stores and restaurants nearby for food and drink.
