Lovely caravan on a brilliant holiday park with fantastic on site amenities. With decking and outside furniture to relax in the sunshine!

3 bed, 8 berth caravan with decking and double glazing. Diamond rated.

Entry into open plan lounge leading to kitchen/diner.

Lounge with TV and Freeview, electric fire and double sofa bed.

Kitchen with full sized oven/hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and dining area.

Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom with double bed, storage and dressing table with stool.

Bedroom 2 - Twin room with two single beds and storage.

Bedroom 3 - Twin room with two single beds and storage.

Family shower room with toilet and wash basin. Separate toilet with wash basin.

Outside decking with outside furniture to enjoy.

We will then call you nearer the time of your holiday to make sure you have everything you need. We will also send a welcome email a few days prior to your holiday with the key safe number so you can access the holiday home quickly and easily. The email will also include the emergency out of hours number, should you have any issues during your stay.

“Just what we needed for the weekend.”

We were travelling to Norfolk for family circumstances and had previous stayed at this site. It’s a nice small quiet site, easy access to the beach. The caravan is very well equipped with all you could needed. The added bonus of two toilets really helped when there was 6 of us. Enjoyed the veranda area in the September sunshine. We didn’t take our dog due to why we were there, but will take her next time as it’s dog friendly and the secure veranda is great for this. A couple of little negatives, the shower is really low pressure so it takes a while to wash hair if longer than shoulder length but it is a caravan and it’s warm in a well laid out bathroom. Only other think was the coffee table that was cleared labelled “Don’t sit on me” which obviously we didn’t but it was so fragile and wobbly that the slightest knock and drinks were spilled. These are only minor negatives and we will book here again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
