Description

Please note this is a NO PETS , NO SMOKING caravan.

The caravan has:

A LARGE LOUNGE with table and comfortable seating for 6.

Electric (glow) fire.(remote controlled)

Double sofa bed (with bedding if required - no extra charge )

2 fitted comfortable sofas for 6/8.

TV/DVD ( 32" ) combined (Freeview).

Internal ceiling lights.

Toys, games and books.

THE KITCHEN has a full size gas cooker, kettle, toaster, microwave fridge and all the necessary pots and pans, plus washing up liquid, tea towels and cleaning materials.

THE MAIN BEDROOM has a double bed, 2 double wardrobes, chest of drawers, and hairdryer.(bedding supplied and made up at no extra charge) and the bedroom is large enough to put in a travel cot (one available on request- no charge ) or single mattress.

There is also an en-suite with toilet and sink.(toilet roll supplied)

THE TWIN-BEDDED room has 2 single beds (which can be put together for a large double,) single wardrobe and bedside cabinet.(bedding supplied - no extra charge)

THE BATHROOM consists of a shower cubicle, sink and toilet (toilet roll supplied).

Gas radiators in each room.

Outside seating supplied.(2 chairs and 2 loungers)

Please note towels are not supplied.(Only tea towels)

A refundable charge of £60 will be required for any damage (payable on arrival and returned on departure )

Please note: site passes are not included in the price, but are obtainable from reception.

WIFI is available free of charge in The Boathouse Tavern and by subscription in the caravan, if required.

Please note no single gender parties except unless by prior arrangement..

Iron and board available on request

Please note that anybody booking for TWO NIGHTS ONLY, I will supply the bedding for a double bed or two singles, but anymore you would have to supply yourselves. Thank you.

I will phone you a week before your arrival to arrange what bedding you require, directions and any other information you may need to know. You will be met at reception on the day of your arrival and taken to our caravan, where we will take the £60 returnable deposit and hand you the keys. On departure we will hand you back your deposit (providing there is no damage done) and collect the keys

“Fantastic place to stay”

This is a fantastic place to stay and is perfect for children. The caravan is very well equipped and even comes with toys. The heating is very efficient so we stayed nice and warm even when it was chilly outside . I would definitely recommend it!

A lovely, well kept, clean and comfortable caravan just a short walk from the beach. Diana and David give things that personal touch by greeting you and then visiting again at the end of your stay. Thank you both. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

“Lovely accomodation”

Lovely caravan on site just a short walk to South Beach. The caravan has everything you need and the owners couldn't be more helpful and accommodating. The site also has swimming pool complex, clubhouse with live entertainment, and a shop selling groceries, newspapers etc. Would recommend the beachside cafe for full English breakfasts at very reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

Close to beach and park facilities, the caravan is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The beds are very comfy and all slept well. The children enjoyed the swimming pool and beach which were a 5 minute walk. The café at the beach does very good food at reasonable prices. Great communication with the owners who are friendly and honest . We will be staying again.

The owners David and Diane meet us at the caravan the are lovely​ people the caravan was clean with loads of little extras full cental heating was one the electric fire remote control as well was lovely been in the evenings were chilly van was perfect in every way been to this caravan site before so we knew the layout of it beach close by and small cafe by the beach food in there was excellent on the Saturday night possibly will back sometime this year

“Fantastic”

The caravan has all facilities that are required. Lovely location to the beach . The staff at the site are very pleasant. There is a lot to do in the area a lot of walks. The cafe on the beach is very good and good value for money would recommend this. The owners catered for our requirements of an extra night at short notice which was superb saved us moving to Hunstanton. This was very much appreciated. Would come back again with no hesitation. “Spacious and warm caravan”

We stayed here for two nights, which went much too fast. Diana was friendly and helpful. The caravan is really spacious inside and if it gets a bit chilly it soon warms up with the radiators on. The furnishings were lovely. There were loads of extras provided including kitchen roll and anti- bac soap in the bathroom, which I always forget to pack. It worked out much better value booking privately, as we got a higher grade of caravan and still paid less. It is on a really nice park and close to the beach.

“Lovely stay, highly recommend”

Lovely spacious caravan with everything we (2 adults and a 3 year old) needed for a relaxing break away. The caravan is situated in an ideal location-short walk to the beach, short drive to various places for days out etc. Very good, friendly service from Diana. We would definatly recommend this caravan to others.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Diana/David (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
