“Great location, lovely apartment!”

Reviewed 19 Jun 2015

Only stayed the one night for a weeding but the apparent was just what we needed. It was clean, comfy and in a great location. Ian who own the property was ALS very helpful and accommodating with the times we needed access to the apartment. An overall great stay. Thanks again!

“Cosy central hideaway”

Reviewed 19 Jun 2015

So we escaped here for a weekend that turned out to be very cold and rainy. The flat was small but perfectly appointed which made it so cosy when hiding from the weather!! It is so central and handy for all hay on wye shops/cafes. The only negative was our stupidity when it came to working out the heating. The flat was very cold when we arrived and it took a little bit of time to warm up but once it did it was gorgeous.

“Special place”

This accomadation is beautiful , its spotlessly clean and has the most adorable soft furnishings , we were sad to leave this gem of a place . I have never stayed in such a special place

“Best Place to Stay in Hay On Wye”

Reviewed 19 Apr 2014

The place is absolutely brilliant in terms of location, facilities and the hospitality of the owners. I was with my wife, 4 year old son and mom in law. They had a nice double bed and a large sofa bed (that can easily accommodate 2 adults and even a small kid if need be). Fully equipped kitchen had everything including fridge, stove, oven and microwave. And within 5 min walk was the following: - Parking which costs 2.50 pounds the whole day! - Coin operated laundromat which was open at least until 10pm (probably open the whole day) - Supermarket (which was open until 8pm) - The old town (and all its fabulous bookshops) - Cafe (which opens by at least 8am) Ian and his wife (the owners) were very attentive and helpful in every imaginable way. More importantly communication via email and Whatsapp was fast and clear. Ian and his wife were there to greet us and Ian even helped to carry up the bags (the apartment has one flight of stairs). Simply said it is the best apartment we have ever stayed in. And my wife absolutely loved the decor and the skylights in both the rooms, which made the rooms every bright and cheerful. We would highly recommend this place. Jai
