Annexe at No8 is a Modern, spacious newly renovated one bedroom two story annexe in the delightful peaceful village of Freystrop. The Annexe is located next to the owners property with access to the side down a few steps and at the front through the bifold doors

There is private off road parking for two cars within a prestigious residential estate.

The Annexe has Bifold doors to open up to enjoy the Pembrokeshire coastal air while dining indoors or out.

In the lounge is a luxurious leather sofa and an electric reclining leather chair that includes a USB charger. Fibre WIFI included. A smart TV to sign into Netflix or Amazon prime (An alexa is available on request to use if required)

Kitchen has a Dining table for 4 with microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, washing machine and tumble dryer. A selection of teas and coffee will be supplied to you during your stay.

Leading from the lounge upstairs to the bedroom you will find a King Size bed with an Emma Mattress ,designer bedding and pillows and a separate single bed. There are USB charging points at the bedside along with a bedside lamp with wireless charging of telephones.

Freystrop is centrally located to the national coastal parks and the nearest beach about 15 minute drive. There are beautiful walks and foot/cycle parks within walking/cycling distance of the property.

Why can't I call Coral (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Coral (the owner) a message.

If Coral (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
