Description

Ideal accommodation for NEC, JLR short lets, joint family/friends quiet events and local weddings, this barn could be let with our adjoining Warwickshire self catering barn that can accommodate up to 8 people. This barn sleeps up to 10 people in 3 bedrooms, Bed 1 has a super king-size bed that split into 2 singles, with a day bed/settee with trundle, Bed 2 has a super super king-size bed that split into 2 singles with a day bed/settee with trundle. Downstairs Bed 3 has a king size that splits into 2 singles. There is a downstairs wet-room with limited mobility facilities. The large south facing courtyard has a BBQ and patio furniture. We have high chairs and travel cots on request. There is parking allocated for 2 cars. Please notify us of extra cars when booking as there is a small extra charge of £10 per car, which will be added to your booking fee.

House rules

We are happy for groups to book for events and quiet hen and stag parties. All our barns are strictly non smoking either within the barns, gardens or anywhere on the farmland. The deposit will be held if there is excessive noise and/or smoking is detected. Please respect the privacy of others and for safety do not wander or let your children run around outside your barn boundary as this is a working farm and we have heavy machinery crossing at times.

“Perfect place for a girls weekend”

We booked the barn for a girly get together and it was great. The entertaining spaces were big and there was enough space to comfortably sleep 10. The owner understood our needs and pre-empted how we wanted the beds set up. Although there are only 3 bedrooms, they worked well for our group and were set up with 10 comfortable single beds and we did not feel crammed in. The location was beautiful and some of the girls went out running. It was in the middle of nowhere but we were able to get a Sainsbury's order delivered without issue and there was a Tescos only a short drive away. We went into Birmingham on the second night and hired a mini bus to take us there and bring us back, a bit pricey but it worked for us.

How do damage deposits work?
