Description from owner

Description

Standing in the grounds of the owners' 17th century Grade II listed cottage, The Creamery is an impressive oak timber clad barn which, until recently, was used for making a local cheese. Its conversion into spacious, high quality holiday accommodation has been carefully researched and it now provides a delightful country retreat in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the borders of Surrey and Sussex.A stay at The Creamery is a chance to immerse yourself in country life; the owners run an interesting 10 acre smallholding with geese, a few pigs and bantam chickens and make a vintage Sussex cyder, using the champagne method, which has received high praise in the BBC's Food & Drink programme and from Jancis Robinson in the Financial Times. The Creamery is ideal for two families wishing to spend a holiday together, but is also suitable for a smaller party out of season when the lower pricing becomes applicable. The accommodation is practical, light and very spacious
