There is a family shower room. The rest of the property contains a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with sea views. To the outside there is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed lawned garden with furniture. The View is a lovely rural retreat, ideal for families and couples looking to explore the coast and countryside of Devon.

Range cooker with gas oven and gas hob, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: There are four steps to access the property, may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.
