This spacious duplex apartment even boasts it’s own wood burning oven (‘Forno’ means oven in Italian) and large rear patio area, which is a rarity in the spa town of Harrogate! This three bedroomed apartment has a ground floor bedroom and a further two bedrooms below and has two bathrooms making it ideal for both business and leisure visitors. It is only two minutes walk from the International Conference centre and Royal Hall and close to the restored Royal Baths and Pump Rooms museum, the Valley Gardens and Tourist Information Centre.

Kitchen/dining area with dining table for 6 guests. Hall from kitchen leading to bathroom with bath and shower over, basin and toilet and Bedroom 3 - a single bed with pull out bed underneath (extra cost). Shoe and boot storage in hallway, leading to the sitting room with front views onto Hollins Road. Downstairs to Bedroom 1 the master bedroom with double bed, wall mounted TV, dressing table, wardrobe storage and ensuite shower room, basin and toilet. Bedroom 2 with double bed, and a wall mounted TV, is also on this level.

Outside furniture from Spring onwards. Please bring own barbeque if needed, use of pizza/wood burning oven allowed with prior knowledge so owner can prepare. Families welcome, highchair & cot provided. No Pets. Short breaks accepted out of season. Welcome Tray of toiletries and beverages.
