Sunnyside is the ideal beachfront home for those that love the beach.

This newly renovated 4 bedroom home is located on the south end of Harbour Island's famous three-mile long beach. Sunnyside's large sun terrace and covered patio both overlook the Pink Sand Beach and stunning turquoise Bahamian water. A few short steps down the home's private beach access and guests will find themselves on one of the widest and most private parts of the beach and just a short walk to the famous Sip-Sip. The house is just a quick five-minute golf cart ride to Harbour Island's finest restaurants and village shopping.

The air-conditioned home features an open concept living and dining area with large windows that overlook the beautiful Pink Sand Beach. Comfortably furnished, the living room is the perfect location to relax and enjoy a good book. The house also boasts a newly renovated gourmet kitchen and a dining table that comfortably seat 8. 

The master bedroom suite is located on the second story and has a queen size bed with an ensuite bathroom. This bright and private bedroom has large windows and overlooks the beach. The remaining 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the ground floor. 2 bedrooms are ocean facing and have queen size beds with large sliding glass doors allowing for direct access to the sun terrace.  The fourth bedroom has two twin beds and has views of the lovely garden.

Outside, there is a covered porch with comfortable lounge seating. Beyond on the sun terrace there is outdoor dining for 8 as well as comfortable loungers and umbrellas for those that prefer shade. 

The home is also fully supplied by a backup generator that will kick in automatically should the power go off for any reason.
