Our charming apartment on 17th floor was located in Mipec Long Bien riverside with 3 bedrooms (2 of the rooms has view to the river), 2 bathroom, large luxury living room with the view of the river and well equipped kitchen. From the balcony, bedroom, kitchen and living room, you will have the stunning view of the Red river expecially sunset, , legend Long Bien bridge and of course part of the city. This is one of the most convenient area. Just 5 mins by cab to Old quarter and 10-15mins to all the famous destination for sighseeing and tourism area. 30 mins away from the airport.

We are in the area with local people so you will have chance to discover the most Authentic experiences lifestyle and culture. But also you will still feel secure and comfortable in the flat and find it very convenient with all the facilities in our building such as Food court, Cinema, Playground, Gym, Swimming pool, kids pools, super market....

If you don't want to have food in the shopping mall, you alway find so easy to have chance to try many streetfoor from the local street vendors. At the opposite to Tower A, along the river, there are plenty of restaurants. And opposite to tower B which is our tower, across the road and along it, you will see many small vendors on the street selling pur famous dishes such as Hot pot, banh my, Pho, banh cuon.

Our host is very friendly, responsible and also well informative. She is willing to help you with any kind of information you might needed during your stay. As she is a tourguide herself, and original was born in Hanoi, she could be able to provide your a great tour services such as Old quarter tour, French quarter tour, Food walking tour and motorbike tour as well.

If you need her to arrange a trip to Halong bay, Sapa or Ninh Binh. She is the one who could give you a very good and cheap booking.

When you tired and would like to have a massage and you don't want to go out. Nikita could order service in the room for you.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nikita (the owner) a message.

If Nikita (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
