We look forward to welcoming you to The Old Coach House, a pretty, newly refurbished cottage with lots of original features in an excellent location with easy access to London and the West End. The Old Coach House is a lovely detached, very spacious cottage with a fabulous garden, originally built over 200 years ago. It still retains some of the original beams and brick structure with several remaining features within the present design of the cottage.

At the rear of the property there is a secluded, large garden with a very spacious lawn, patio with barbecue and outside dining area, providing lots of space for relaxing, playing games and entertaining with your family and friends. You can enjoy various seating areas, both in the sun and shade with a choice of sun-loungers and traditional garden furniture in keeping with the cottage. At the front of the property is a secluded and quaint courtyard providing further seating (ideal for early morning breakfast in the sunshine). Pretty fairy lights light up the courtyard at nighttime, along with further lighting around the cottage garden.

Overlooking the back garden is a pretty and cosy living room with doors and windows providing easy access to the patio and lawn areas. There is ample garden space for playing badminton, croquet and boules.

On the first floor, the main double bedroom is garden facing with an ensuite bathroom. A further double bedroom is situated at the front of the cottage and there is another bedroom with twin beds at the side of the cottage. A newly refurbished family bathroom is also on the first floor. There is a further WC on the ground floor. There is also off street parking within the property. All of the bedrooms have black out blinds, towels, hairdryers and hand soap. Room fans are available as required.

There are various books and games to enjoy, and also a regularly updated display board of local restaurants and activities.

“Oh my gosh! So sad to leave...!”

Reviewed 19 Aug 2016

Lovely, reliable, kind, helpful owners. Lovely home - beautifully appointed. Worried about recommending this place because it will become too popular!! David and Leah.

Owner's reply: Ha ha so kind, would be lovely to see you all again!

“An excellent venue for a group of 6. So, clean! The Old Coach House I an excellent place to stay, amenities all great!”

Tremendous stay at The Old Coach House! The house is really clean with lots of amenities. The garden is beautiful. The bedrooms are 2 Double and 1 twin. The kitchen is well stocked, with all the utensils, plus cooker, micro-wave, fridge freezer etc etc. The welcome pack, included in the package is also really good. Would certainly stay here again!! Would also certainly not hesitate to recommend this to others.

Owner's reply: Thanks for the great review, it was a real pleasure to meet you all, Alison.

“Lovely house with everything you need”

Reviewed 8 Jun 2015

Lovely location in Hampton. Allison met us upon arrival and showed us around. The Old Coach House is lovely and has been beautifully updated and decorated. It is comfortable, has amenities for young children, and a well stocked kitchen. The owners kindly left a few necessities in the kitchen for us--milk, eggs, bread. We enjoyed dining alfresco in the lovely back garden which was filled with beautiful flowers. The owners have thoughtfully put together a guide to the area including the best pubs, local shops, and tourist attractions. The Old Coach House is in a great location close to Hampton Court, Bushy Park, and Kew Gardens. The WiFi worked great. It was everything we wanted and more. Couldn't have asked for a better spot to stay during our week in England.

Owner's reply: Thank you for your lovely review and we are very happy that you enjoyed the cottage, please do come and see us again soon. Alison and Tim.
