Description

The property is a spacious 4 bed, 3bath with your own swimming pool and ideally situated for golfers as your pool overlooks the first fairway. All theme parks are within easy reach and beaches only 1 hour away.

We are on a 24hr gated community with 24hr walmart only minutes from your villa. We are close to many quality restaurants and only 10 minutes from the I4.

The villa is constantly maintained and the communal areas have new hard wood flooring and the Sofas, and soft furnishing in the family area were replaced December 2017.

The property has a front lounge/reception room and a further family lounge to the rear with a flat screen television and ps3, opening onto the swimming pool. The dining table seats 8 with a further kitchen set seating 4. The kitchen is fully fitted with a large oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave and many other appliances. The two double bedrooms are with en suite bathrooms with the two twin rooms sharing a family bathroom. All linen is provided including towels both for inside and the pool area. There is a gas barbecue in the pool area with seating, table and sun loungers. All three bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers. In-house safe available. Hardwood flooring has been laid in the communal areas and new sofas and soft furnishings in December 2017. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a games room with Darts, Pool Table, Air Hockey and Fuseball. There is an Internet connection and phone calls to England are free. Our management are available at all times should there be any problems.

“Brooks Retreat”

It’s the second time with stopped here. It’s a great villa with all the appliances needed to make it a home from home. Everything is modern and well maintained. The owners are very personable and nothing is too much trouble. We highly recommend it for your Florida’s vacation.

“Fabulous villa in an amazing location!”

We stayed in Chris & Debbie’s villa for a week and had an amazing time. The booking process couldn’t have been easier and Chris and Debbie were both quick at replying to emails etc and provided loads of useful information. The villa itself was spotlessly clean, as was the pool (we opted for the heated option as it was late Nov and it worked a treat- we used the pool everyday), and we found ourselves feeling very comfortable and at home straight away. The villa had everything we needed, including a huge Wal-Mart right on the doorstep. As keen golfers we spent a fair few days playing the Southern Dunes course that surrounds all the villas, which was just great, but the villa is also within an easy drive of all the other Orlando attractions (approx 30 mins to main area). There were only the two of us so we had loads of space, but even larger parties would still find they had plenty of room. So whether you’re visiting Orlando to get Disneyfied, to play golf or just to relax and unwind - you can’t go wrong by staying in this villa!

Fabulous villa with great golf course view. Villa and pool area were both exceptionally clean and tidy, the kitchen was spotless and equipped to a high standard with modern appliances. Will definitely use this property again.

“Great Villa in Beautiful location”

We have just returned from a relaxing 10night stay. The Villa backs onto the Golf course giving great views. Having coffee early morning outside by the pool watching the sunrise, listening to the birds singing in the trees was blissful. The pool was a good size. The house was very spacious and had every amenity needed. The garage had lots of extras such a bikes, pool table, football table, washing machine and dryer. The bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious. We will definitely return and we’re very sad to leave.

“Beautiful clean family friendly villa”

We spent 18 wonderful days in chris and Debbie's villa it's our second time staying in southern dunes and we will defiantly be booking to stay in this villa again it was clean,tidy and had everything that we needed and is very family friendly the kids loved the games room and we all enjoyed lots of fun time in the lovely pool it was also close to Walmart and aldi and also lots of lovely places to eat out it was also only a short drive to disney,chris and Debbie are lovely people who made booking the villa very easy and went out of there way to make sure everything was ok when arriving at the villa,thank you chris and Debbie we will be in touch very soon to book your villa again. “Fantastic Villa”

A very spacious , clean and well equipped Villa . Great location, quiet backing onto the golf course and we all loved the pool. A big Walmart just down the road and restaurants a short drive away . Universal and Disney a 30 minute easy drive, was lovely to come back to the villa after a day at parks and relax by the pool . This was our first visit to Florida and hope to come back and would stay again at this lovely Villa . The owners Chris and Debbie made booking the villa very easy and answered any questions we had straight away. Would not hesitate to recommended Brooks Retreat

“Excellent Villa”

Excellent villa with every home comfort. Owners and Management Company a joy to deal with and my family loved every minute of our 2 week stay. We particularly enjoyed the golf course outlook and privacy of the villa. The children loved the pool which we made great use of. The huge Walmart beside Southern Dunes is fabulous for everything you might need and there are a great choice of restaurants in the vicinity for convenience. I have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone, you will certainly not regret staying here - I can't wait to return. “Lovely place to stay”

We stayed here for a week in November and found it to be very homely and spacious and had everything you could possibly want. The use of the internet and phone was very welcome too. We made use of the games room and played one of the games kindly left in the lounge. The owners were very easy to deal with and even phoned during our holiday to ensure that everything was ok. I would recommend this villa to anyone wanting to stay in Haines City/Southern Dunes area as it is very accessible to all parks and Walmart is at the end of the road!

Spent a wonderful 17 days in this beautiful and welcoming home, it has everything you could need for a great stay. TV package was great, internet access and free phone calls back to the UK, what more could you need. Great location with fantastic views of the golf course yet still very peaceful and relaxing when sitting by the lovely pool too. Shops and eating all very close by and only 20 mins from the parks if you want to go. Chris and Debbie the owners where so helpful throughout the whole of our booking from day one until just a few days ago still keeping in touch. Management company also very helpful and friendly too. Would highly reccoment this property to anyone and we will deffinately be returning in the future. Southern Dunes is a lovely place to stay and so peaceful and has a very safe feeling with the secured gated community. Thanks again Chris and Debbie for all your help and for your beautiful villa x

“Home From Home with Extras”

This is our second stay in Brooks Retreat. The minute we walked through the front door it felt like home. Decorated to a very high standard throughout with plenty of room for our family of five. Internet connection was a real bonus and kids could keep in touch with friends at home. The playroom and games station/dvd's etc in home were well utilised as the first three days of our stay it rained non stop. After that the pool was used every day. All in all we find the home and location perfect for our needs and couldn't recommend enough. Can't wait until our next stay. Quigg Family

How do damage deposits work?
