The villa is located on a quiet corner and will provide you and your family with a comfortable and relaxing base from which to explore the Sunshine State, or simply relax, taking advantage of the peace and quiet of the community.

This 2 story villa comprises 2 master suites; one on the first floor having direct access to the private pool deck, with king size bed, large closet and en-suite bathroom (shower and bath). On the second floor you will find the second master bedroom with super king size bed, private en-suite bathroom (separate shower & bath) and walk-in closet. 2 twin bedrooms (one room with a double and a single) are also located on the second floor sharing a third bathroom.

The open plan living area has a well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, a formal dining area that seats 6 comfortably and a spacious living room with a new corner sofa, 42" LCD TV and PS3.The living area has patio doors leading on to the pool (heating optional) and spa which have stunning elevated views over the third hole of the Golf Course giving the pool deck a really private setting amongst pines and shrubs.

“Great villa great holiday”

Just returned from my 4th holiday to this beautiful spotlessly clean villa. Would recommend this villa as it is near to all the parks and amenities It is set in a beautiful location having views over the third green on the golf course. There is a very friendly club house where you are made most welcome. A return visit to this villa is a must! I have visited with my children and grand children and all generations had a wonderful time. Owners and management very helpful

My husband and I stayed at Sunny Golf Villa in February with our 5 year old son. The villa itself was spotlessly clean and in a great location on a gated complex. We felt very secure and found it was very relaxing after the hustle and bustle of the theme parks. There are lovely views over the golf course from the garden, which has great child friendly pool. It was very handy for all theme parks and the local amenities were great, with a walmart close by as well as restaurants and fast food outlets - can highly recommend Manny's Chop House nearby! The facilities at the property were great, everything you could possible need and also wi fi and a sat nav available to get us around. Overall - great villa, great location and a great first trip to Florida!

How do damage deposits work?
