The Neighborhood

The apartment is conveniently located in a quiet yet central neighborhood. The lively Moriya Boulevard is only a 2-minute walk away; here you will find some of the best entertainment places Haifa has to offer – restaurants, coffee shops, pubs and shopping centers.

The rest of Haifa's entertainments and tourist attractions such as the Baha’i temple and Gardens, Louis promenade, the beach, Gan HaEm Park and Haifa Educational Zoo are all easily reached with a 5-minute drive.

The location is also ideal for those who come to Haifa for medical reasons since the Carmel Hospital is just a short walk from the apartment and the rest of Haifa’s medical facilities are all easily accessible by public transportation.

How do damage deposits work?

If Ziona (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
