The penthouse benefits from direct access to the pool with a shallow end and addittional splash pool perfect for the children., ( take care in your choice of booking as some apartment blocks either dont have a pool or have a great distance to walk to the pool area and the town centre facilities. Casa Buena Vista is genuinely a 5 minute stroll from the resort entertainment, bar, restaraunt & shop and the pool is right outside. Leading from the living room is a spacious roof terrace which catches the sun all day until early evening with stunning ,uninterupted golf course views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With one double and one twin bedroom, the apartment is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.The resort sits on the outskirts of the quiet and peaceful village of Sucina where you will find a few very good bars, restaraunts, a chemist and local shops. The resort is just 15 minutes' drive to the beaches and bars at Los Alcazares, San Pedro, Lo Pagan and the famous mud baths are also within easy reach by car. There are some fabulous places to visit - the beach areas are beautiful and if you are also a 'culture vulture' we strongly recommend a visit to Cartegena where you will find many attractions displaying the cities Roman heritage, lots of baroque and neo classical buildings and a beautiful port ideal for a special lunch. For a truly special little trip take the boat from Torrevieja marina to the marine reserve of Tabarca Island - once the haunt of barbary pirates now a little haven with seafood restaraunts and some special little bars.

This apartment has air conditioning and central heating throughout. The air conditioned lounge is fully fitted with a 21' flat screen TV with DVD, satellite & free internet connection. There is also a separate internal dining area with table & 4 chairs. The 2 double bedrooms are positioned to the rear of the property & have an adjoining balcony. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. Both have fitted wardrobes & additional air conditioning. There is also a double sofa bed & sufficient seating available to accommodate up to 6 guests. There is a fully equipped kitchen & separate utility room with washing facilities, cooker & hob, fridge freezer. The bathroom is fully fitted with shower.

The Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort offers an 18 hole, 72 par course, but it is not just for golfers. Set amongst mountainous landscapes, the views of the greens, lakes and fairways can be enjoyed by all, with tree line avenues linking communal swimming pools and children's play areas. There is 24 hour security and CCTV. The town centre itself has been built around the regions most important country estate in Murcia. It now offers 2 restaurants and bars, a supermarket and superb club house. There is also a supermarket, pro-golf shop & outside bar areas to relax with a refreshing cool drink after an enjoyable round of golf in the sunshine! A free Polaris World shuttle bus is available for transportation to La Torre, Mar Menor & El Valle golf resorts.

“Excellent apartment”

Lovely apartment with a great roof terrace which we used a lot. The booking process was straightforward and we received all the necessary arrival information beforehand. The apartment is great and being on the third floor it benefits from the cool afternoon breeze (we only used the air conditioning occasionally even during a July/August visit). As the bedrooms face away from Hacienda Riquelme and towards open space they are particularly cool even in the heat of day. We would definitely consider another visit to this apartment.

We have just returned from Casa Buena Vista. Superb Penthouse Apartment overlooking swimming pool and within walking distance of the Hacienda centre. Wonderful golf courses within the area all in great condition. Will definately return again soon.

“[-]Perfect Chill Out Zone[--]”

This spacious apartment was well equipped and in an excellent position, both on the complex with views of the golf course and pool area and for ease of access from the airport. The apartment balcony overlooks the pool and offers shade in the morning, perfect for breakfast while you wake up listening to the birds sing, then around lunchtime the balcony is bathed in sunshine until the sun goes down, perfect for dining al fresco or sunbathing. The complex is well presented, secure and clean and tidy. The golf course and grounds were constantly maintained throughout our stay. There is a small well stocked on site supermarket. The Hacienda also has a bar/restaurant. The golf course is of a high standard but it is advisable to bring your own clubs if possible as the clubs offered for hire were costly and not of a high standard. A car is preferable if you want to explore and there is an excellent road network with well sign posted destinations (a much more pleasurable driving experience than the UK!). There are plenty of places to visit; Cartagena is particularly interesting for its Roman Theatre. It also has a nice port area, variety of shops and some amazing places to eat. Murcia has a beautiful 15th century cathedral. San Javier has a nice mall with a good variety of shops including a large EroSki supermarket. Sucina is only 5 minutes away and has a few restaurants, supermarket etc. All in all, we had a lovely week in a fantastic location and have already planned a return visit.

“Lovely apartment, total relaxation”

Recently returned from the penthouse with my husband and 2 children. We had a lovely time. The apartment has everything you need and the pool and surrounding areas are very clean. We had the pool pretty much to ourselves for the whole week and found everyone there very friendly. The restuarant/bar on site is very nice and stylish, offering good food, reasonably priced with lovely surroundings. Thanks to Carole for all her help, we would definitely go back! Thanks again!

“Fabulous location for Golf and”

Myself and two friends had a short 4 day golfing break at this fabulous location. The penthouse apartment was spacious with a fantastic large terrace with great views of the golf course and overlooking the swimming pool. Golf here was terrific with other Polaris World Golf courses close by. We visited Murcia which is definetly worth a trip along with Torrevieja. The location is super for golf and sightseeing. The weather was perfect even in November for golf with us able to wear tee shirts and shorts. Highly recommended.
