Once you have parked in the secure underground parking bay and taken the lift up to the private penthouse lobby, you will enter the contemporary designed front line penthouse suite which comprises of twin bedrooms, each with Juliet balcony providing amazing views over the olive groves and mountains, one of the children's play area can also been seen from here so you are able to keep an eye on your children while they play. The combined living and dining area lead onto a 22 sq m all day sun trap terrace for alfresco dining and sun bathing with superb panoramic views of the swimming pool, 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed championship golf course with a mountainess backdrop.

“Lovely Penthouse”

This apartment was ideal for a relaxing family holiday. The sun terrace gets the sun all day and overlooks one of the nicest pools on the resort, and also overlooks the 15th hole. Overall a great holiday and Jamie the owner made the whole process of booking very easy.

Excellent location for getting around this area. Very quiet when we were there, but to be expected in early January. Sucina, a lovely small village with a couple of restaurants, bars and a few shops, within 10 minute drive. Jamie's apartment was excellent, soon warmed up, as I suspect no one had been there for a while. Everything we needed. Maybe a couple of rugs on the floor for the winter, but apart from that we wanted for nothing. Weather was mixed, with a few very windy days, but we did manage to get in the sun on the balcony a couple of times.

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment and the setting is as lovely as we remembered - it has terraces/balconies at the front and rear, so you have some sun and shade all day. The apartment overlooks a huge pool that we never shared with more than a couple of other people. Our dealings with the owner on both occasions have been faultless. Jamie has always responded to any enquiries in a timely manner and has been very prompt returning our security deposit. Overall the accommodation is excellent value for money and we would definitely stay here again.

This apartment is situated in one of the best spots on Hacienda Riquelme. The pictures of the pool do not do it justice; it is huge and we shared it with 2 other people for the whole time we were there. The apartment's terrace has beautiful views over the pool and golf course and gets the sun all day; the rear balconies with far-reaching views are perfect if you want a little shade. The transaction with the owner was faultless. I have recommended the apartment to friends and will definitely book again for next year. Thank you.

How do damage deposits work?
