Hacienda Riquelme is a very low density development in the region of Murcia which offers a tantalising choice of landscapes and sights, ranging from the chill-out beaches of the Costa Cálida to the medieval magic of its towns and a wealth of reminders of the Roman empire. The main centre is a listed building which has been converted to very high standards with the main structure of the To appreciate fully the unspoiled hinterland, you may prefer to hire your own wheels.

You don't have to play golf to enjoy the complex, At Hacienda Riquelme, the apartments are all aranged to have great open views which means peace is guaranteed. There are dozens of swimming pools on the site with one pool being shared by a very small number of apartments. Walking, hiking, water sports or just relaxing. There is a colour and safely fenced play area for small children, an outdoor gym, tennis courts and many more activities if you want to have an active holiday.

The apartment has been furnished to a very high standard with very good quality mattresses, modern sofa and 2 easy chairs and 32" LCD TV. There are very few 2 bathroom apartments on this complex.The apartment has a large terrace with traditional Spanish style stone BBQ. The terrace has a very peaceful view overlooking the golf course and lake.

Hacienda Riquelme has a challenging Jack Nicklaus designed 18 hole course with several other Jack Nicklaus courses nearby with transport between the courses provided. There is also a Seve Ballesteros designed course less than 5 minutes away by car. There are often PGA competitions and awards ceremonies at the resort. There are generally offfers on the green fees with two for one offers and twilight teeoffs.

The town centre is only a few minutes walk away with a supermarket, bar, restaurant, café and beautiful grounds.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Swaran (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
