Description

Our corner ground floor apartment has a stunning front line location with views across the fairway to hole 8, the lake and the golf course. The apartment has a large covered terrace with sun and shade all day long and an uncovered terrace for the sun beds. The apartment is very close to the Town Center. From the terrace to the shared pool it is only 30m.

On the terrace you will have a dining table with 6 chairs and rattan furniture set (sofa 2 armchairs and table) and 2 deck-chairs. Living room and both bedrooms have air-conditioned and gas central heating for summer and wintertime. It contains 1 bath/toilet and an extra toilet. The Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort is a paradise for golfers and holiday makers. The 18 hole par 72 course are stretching 6416m from the back tee. It includes 5 lakes and plenty of bunkers to test your game! The Championship golf course is fast gaining a reputation as the best and most challenging in the area and will be worthy of its future PGA status.

A lovely, large covered corner terrace facing east-south-west, sun and shade from morning till evening, overlooking the golf course. Large shared pool 30m from terrace, surrounded by fence. The terrace is furnished with dining table and chairs. Large parasol, sunchairs x 2 and a sofa, chairs and coffee-table. You will also find a gas BBQ for your use. A cleaning fee of € 20 apply. Climbing-plants in big pots. An uncovered terrace for sunbathing. Basement car park for one car. Several Children's playground, one near by. Sports area with tennis courts and other ball games.

The Costa Calida has a stunning Mediterranean coastline with an average of 320 days of sun per year. The beaches around Mar Menor, which are only 15 minutes drive away are clean and safe. It is said to be a mini micro climate here and with therapeutic mud-bath it is highly recommended for anyone suffering with joint pains. If wanted you may take the ferry across to the La Manga Strip for 8 euros return. Wine tours to attractive nearby Jumilla are possible.

“Espectacular Resort))”

The apartment is very spacious and sunny, ideal for four people, with all kinds of comforts, especially in regard to internet, TV, etc. The Resort is one of the most beautiful that I have visited, with everything perfectly taken care of, especially the gardening, it looks like an immense green garden with flowers (especially amazing when being hunicado in Murcia, one of the driest regions of Spain). It is necessary to have a car to be able to move easily.

Me and my friends stayed at Hacienda Riquelme recently and all booked apartments in 2’s. We stayed in Block 210 apartment C owned by Per and Astrid. It was clean, modern, very spacious for a 2 bed and the location was as good as it gets. Right next to the pool, the first tee and the bar and restaurant. Unfortunately my friends apartments were smaller, older and quite a walk to the good bits. Possibly the best apartment in the complex!

How do damage deposits work?
