The Apartment is suitable for Famillies and Couples, seeking a quiet holiday by the pool in beautiful nature reserve like surroundings. Whether you play golf or not, the resort offers something for all.
The hub of the resort is the old Hacienda, which was originally a rich Spanish merchants residence many years ago, set in over 1000 hectares of farmland, these Haciendas were very grand, and were a demonstration of wealth to others by their owners.
The resort has been created in the grounds of the Hacienda, and after careful restoration the Hacienda itself is back to it's former glory, but has been symathetically converted into the restaurant and bar complex downstairs, whist upstairs is a pool table along with an internet room and w.c's.
A magnificent courtyard is to the rear of the Hacienda where you can drink fine wines and dine the evening away.
Several events are put on during the summer months by the resort, such as live bands,pub type quizes,Ladies night, Happy hour etc....

Through the Patio doors leading from the living room is a generously sized teracotta paved covered pation area with full size black wicker glass top table with 4 chairs for outside dining in the shade.
Two double matching sofas and coffee table complete the set.
This leads onto the patio area which enclosed by a privit bush hedge and is south west facing. It enjoys the sunshine for most of the day, turning to shade around 17.30 local time in the summer.
This in turn leads onto the communal garden area with palm trees and exotic shrubs, surrounding the communal pool which has steps into it along the shallow end allowing easy access for all.
In order to confirm your booking we need a 20% deposit to hold your dates. We will require the rental fee paid in full 4 weeks prior to your holiday along with a £100.00 refundable security deposit. A 60 euro payment to our agents on your departure is required for the cleaning/servicing of the apartment.
Larger families or two families holidaying together we can provide access (subject to availability) to other similar apartments either in the same block or close by.
Upon your arrival please telephone our Key Holders who will meet and greet you and show you into the apartment,they are there primarily as our key holders/apartment service providers, but are happy to assist you during your stay with and advice or issues you may have.
The Murcia region
The Mar Menor is a large sea water lagoon which is one of the cleanest, safest and warmest waters in the Med. These wonderful beaches are just a 15 minute drive away and offer a safe haven for children to swim and play with a magnificent back drop of palm trees, shops, cafes and restaurants. More localy the Beaches of San Javier and Los Alcazares are but a 10 minute drive away.
The nearby village of Sucina is a 3 min drive. The historic towns of Murcia and Cartegena are within 30 mins drive. A wide choice of designer shops and numerous restaurants offering different cuisines from around the world can be found in both cities.
Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort
The apartment looks over the 12th fairway of the Hacienda Riquelme golf course, which is an 18 hole par 72 championship quality course stretching 6416 M, designed by Jack Nicholas,the Championship golf course is fast gaining a reputation as the best and most challenging in the area and will be worthy of its future PGA status.
All of the golf courses on the Polaris World Niclaus golf trail are within 30 mins radius of each other and there is a free shuttle bus to all. Special offers and rates are provided to all residents throughout all the courses.
Trolleys and golfing equipment are available for hire from the pro shops on site. The Seve Ballesteros designed 'Peraleja' course is next door and La Manga is in easy reach.
Hacienda Riquelme is a stunning new resort and facilities are being improved all the time. The resort gives a feeling of real opens due to its low build density and its superb 18 hole par 72 golf course, which forms part of the challenging Nicklaus golf trail. As a guest at the resort you will have full access to the facilities and golf courses at the other Polaris resorts at Mar Menor, La Torre and El Valle all of which are within easy reach (free shuttle bus available). Currently there is a very good supermarket on the resort which opens until 8pm and a clubhouse bar/cafe. There is also a tennis court which forms the centre of the new sports complex. The town of Sucina (3 mins away) has everything you need to make your stay comfortable including a pharmacy, petrol station, banks, 2 supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Los Alcazares (20 mins away) is a charming Spanish town which caters well for holidaymakers with a stunning array of bars and restaurants along with beautiful beaches.

"Privacy with style"
For two weeks in each of the past three years we have relaxed in the modern facilities and comfort of this ground floor attractive apartment. Located just a short and pleasant walk down the road which skirts this golfing complex, we spent evenings enjoying the on site “Hacienda” and its social facilities, which include a restaurant and bar, entertainment and a supermarket. This apartment has everything that one could wish for including a well appointed kitchen where one can prepare delicious meals subsequent to enjoying a pre dinner drink on the outside terrace. The apartment is light and airy, cooled by air conditioning (and heating for the later season) when needed, with a nice sized TV for which we were occasionally grateful to catch up on news from home! The terrace has shaded facilities to eat outside which we did most of the time, whilst idly watching a few swimmers enjoying the cool waters of the conveniently adjacent pool. We would then move further down the terrace to catch some of the wonderful Spanish sunshine before enjoying a late afternoon swim in the pool. Privacy is afforded, the feeling of space prevails, with uninterrupted views from front and back.

"A very well equipped apartment ideally situated in pleasant surroundings"
We spent two weeks in this lovely apartment with our two grandchildren. They loved swimming in the pool which was conveniently situated in front of our accommodation. The nearby village had a good variety of restaurants and a supermarket.
