OceanFront Villa w Infinity Pool on Gorgeous, UnSpoiled Phangan Island (Half Hour from Koh Samui)

Rent the pool level- 3 bedroom, 2 bath- sleeps 6, 2 queen beds, 2 single beds, HUGE all marble living room.

IF you rent the lower level, you will NEVER have paying guest on the upper level!

OR rent the upper level, Sleeps up to 6 more, 2 more bathrooms, HUGE DECKS with FULL OCEAN VIEWS, VIEW SUNRISE/ SUNSET, MOON RISE MOON SET TOO!

Owner may on occasion be there, but they will

TOTALLY respect your privacy, and you will be THRILLED they are there because of their huge wealth of advice on restaurants, masses places, places to go, things, to do…help in emergencies (Jimmy speaks Thai) etc…

Pool has MINIMAL CHLORINE< NO BROMINE, just ionized with copper.

Guests have told us the best-feeling pool they have EVER swam in!

Screens and Fans, not just AC in all rooms and bedrooms

"Grey water" used for gardens and fruit trees

All roof / rain runoff gathered and used.

Owner has degree in Environmental Studies from Univ California.

Some beaches on this island listed as top 10 on planet by leading travel magazine!

Elephant rides, jet skis, jungle trekking avail, hiking to deserted waterfalls

This paradise has to be seen to be believed! :-)

Your host speaks Thai too, can be very helpful!

Also speak Swiss, German, French, Italian, Spanish and of course English.

Fly to Samui on BKK Air, or (cheaper) Fly to Surat Thani on Nok Air or Air Asia

FISH from our little beach- some guests catch squid every day!

Phangan Island, Thailand, 1/2 hour boat ride from Famous Koh Samui

ON OCEAN, End of Road, but 5-10 minute walk to 7-11, massage, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, etc.

GORGEOUS full ocean views, mature tropical landscaping

Swim or kayak from the house!

40 minutes (far!) from famous monthly full moon party.

This part of island has many yoga schools, spas, restaurants, and massage places, NONE of the crazy full moon party scene!

Great beaches, parks, waterfalls too...

Can rent bicycles, mopeds, dirt bikes, jeeps, PU trucks, jet skis, even elephant rides all nearby!

Park at house, or you can walk to almost anything you need!

A PERFECT mix of feeling like you are still in Thailand, but

with any amenity a tourist could possibly want!

Walking Distance to Restaurants, Shops, Pharmacy, Bars, Massage Shops, Spas, Hardware Store, Yoga and Meditation Schools/ Centers, etc.

NOT recommended for children age 2- 4 as NO POOL FENCE!

No indoor smoking.

Be Careful- Use of Marijuana, if caught by local cops, is $2,000 US fine- this is NOT the Koh Phangan of days old!

PLEASE don't drink and drive on the island- Unless you like to pay HUGE mark ups on motorbike repairs,

and think white gauze is a desirable fashion statement! :-)

SPECIFIC DIRECTIONS (On How to Get to Villa)

Fly on BKK Air or Thai Air to Koh Samui (more expensive), then 30 min boat ride to

THONGSALA on Koh Phangan.

OR: (FAR Cheaper!) Fly Nok Air or Air Asia to Surat Thani, they put you on minibus

to Don Sak Pier, and boat to Koh Phangan…

Keep in mind older Don Meuang airport is a free one hour shuttle ride from new Suvanbumi Airport,

but leave LOTS of time if you fly into the new airport and fly to Phangan from the old one!

Villa 15 minute (200 baht- $6) from taxi from THONGSALA PIER.

How do damage deposits work?
