Lounge: has many character features including original granite fireplace with woodburner, and offers comfy seating, flatscreen TV, DVD and Freeview. Kitchen/diner: with handmade bespoke traditional style units, range cooker, fridge with ice compartment, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: large enclosed garden with patio area, garden furniture and BBQ, with the lawn backing onto one of the Helford's tributaries (please note the neighbouring property has right of access through the garden). Amenities: roadside parking is usually available outside the property. Bed linen, towels and electric included. Central heating included October-April. Wi-Fi available. Regret no smoking or pets within the property. Location: beach 6 miles, river, shop and pub within walking distance.
