Designed to invite the outside in, Casa provides a peaceful vacation retreat in an excellent city location to get anywhere on the island. Gated and quite neighborhood to enjoy a relaxing local experience, your own private oasis in a city.

Restaurants, supermarkets, main highways and gas stations are just around the corner from the house. Minimum nights stay 4 nights.

It is a wonderful Casa for just relax in the house or by the pool listening to pristine sounds of nature, spotting an occasional iguana or bird, then waking up to birds singing the next morning. This Casa, that hugs the nature, has a large pool surrounded by lush vegetation, plenty of outdoor sitting areas to relax, open spaces, and an excellent city location to get anywhere on the island. This property is ideal for travelers not tourists who are looking for privacy and comfort while exploring our beautiful island.

Only 20 minutes away from San Juan ( definitely not at rush hours), 40 minutes from El Yunque rain forest, Luquillo beach and bioluminescence bay in Fajardo.

3 bedrooms upstairs, with air conditioning, pool and patio view. The master bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite full bathroom. Another full bathroom on the second floor and a half bathroom on the main floor.

The house is oriented for families, seniors, friends traveling together, couples, honeymooners, Family friendly and long term corporate rental. Long term rental available.

How do damage deposits work?
