This modern house is near the town of Callington in Cornwall and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.Tamar 35 is located within Tamar Valley Resort, near Callington in Cornwall. The property comes with three bedrooms made up of one double and two twins, along with a bathroom and a shower room, the property can sleep six people. Also inside you will find an open-plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. To the outside there is off road parking for two cars (parking is in a communal parking area where spaces are not designated to a particular property) and a first floor balcony with furniture. Tamar 35 is a homely getaway in a fantastic Cornwall location.

Amenities: Electric central heating. Electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, smart TV, DVD, WiFi, CD/Aux input/Bluetooth speakers, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels provided (please bring own towels for the swimming pools). Stairgate available, cot and highchair available on request. Parking is in a communal parking area where spaces are not designated to a particular property. Balcony with garden furniture and barbecue. Three well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. On-site shop and pub 10 minute walk. Note: Seasonal opening times may apply to all facilities. Note: Outdoor pool is open from mid May - mid September (weather dependant)

Town: Callington is set in the heart of the Tamar Valley, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. As well as being the home of Ginsters Cornish pasties Callington offers a good selection of restaurants and pubs. Callington is a Cornish market town, rich in mining heritage and overlooked by Kit Hill, the highest point in the area, donated to the people of Cornwall by Prince Charles to celebrate the birth of Prince William. From the top of Kit Hill there are amazing views across south-east Cornwall as far as Plymouth Sound.
