The villa is located approx. 200m from beach situated in a quiet and peaceful complex adjacent to the center of village, built for a comfortable summer outdoor living.The supermarket, post office, hair dressers, fish market, and other amenitites are only five minutes away by walk.

The villa benefits from a 30m swimming pool, all of the rooms have air conditioning and individual WCs and baths, Wi-Fi access, four kitchens and a turkish bath.

Just 30 minutes by bus to heart of the entertainment life of Bodrum. You can enjoy Golfing, Sailing, Diving, Fishing, Trekking, Tennis and much more around.

The ground floor and the upper two floors have independent entrances, but are connected with outside stairs allowing guests to access their own rooms. There are two rooms on the ground floor and four on the upper levels. The two rooms on the ground floor are wheelchair accessible.
The ground floor has a very big opening to a large garden.This floor is fully equipped with one indoor kitchen and one outdoor kitchen with eating area. Facilities on the ground floor level include a refrigerator with deep freezer, a dishwasher, and a washing machine.

The garden is a nice party area, equipped with a barbecue, local village style wood bakery, dining tables and chairs, arm chairs, a hammock and big pillows, all of which are great for sun bathing. The garden is a lovely suntrap but also has a shaded area.

The second floor consists of a lounge, sliding glass covered terrace and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has two dishwashers, an ice machine, fridge freezer, bottled water machine and three sinks.There is also a dining table. The LCD television has satellite reception, please enquire for more information.
The further bedrooms are on the third floor. Three of which have balconies with sea views and four of the rooms have minibars available.

There is a rear garden with table tennis area, this is another suntrap lovely for relaxing in. The rooftop terrace is a nice secluded and private area with excellent sea views. It is fully equipped with kitchen, WC, washing and drying machines and a dining area with chairs and umbrellas.

There is a central music system that is available. Four of the bedrooms have satellite TV while all bedrooms have private baths, WCs and air conditioning. Wi-Fi Access is available. There is also a small turkish bath with room for four people.

Further details outdoors

The beach is only a three minute walk away with crystal clear water. Watersports such as sailing, windsurfing and more are available at the beach. Sunbeds and umbrellas are provided free of charge along the seaside and at the pool. The areas are all very secure.
The affordable restaurants along the sea front are unique with varieties of delicious Turkish food, seafood and many more options to choose from.
Discounts at the restaurants can be arranged by the help of your villa owner, please enquire for further details.
The center of Bodrum is only 30 minutes by bus with buses available at all times. The city of Bodrum and surronding areas offer high quality bars, clubs and restaurants including the famous Halikarnas Club and Catamaran Floating Disco boat.
Golfing, sailing, diving, wind surfing, fishing, trekking, tennis, water park, street basketball and other day or night activities may be arranged easily upon request. Sight seeing tours can also be arranged to other historical, ancient and natural beauties within the region if required.

How do damage deposits work?
