This luxury apartment boasts stunning accommodation for 4-5 people and has its own roof terrace, balcony, direct sea views and amazing panoramas of the beautiful surrounding peninsula.

The complex sits between Yalikavak and Bodrum near the small fishing village of Gumusluk in a truly unique and spectacular setting with amazing sunsets across 220 degrees of ocean and beautiful mountains, with night skies shining with bright diamond like stars and amazing blue and turquoise waters shimmering from both sides.

The apartment is air conditioned, has a luxury bathroom and kitchen area, washing machine, dish washer and fridge freezer for your use. There are 2 fully furnished bedrooms and a large leather sofa for an additional child or added flexibility.

The complex has probably one of the most amazing swimming pool settings anywhere with a huge infinity pool overlooking an expanse of ocean and many islands. There is a pool bar, jacuzzi, small children's pool and play area, a turkish steam room, sauna, volleyball court and even its own small amphitheatre!

Despite its unique location it is perfectly poised to access the towns of Gumusluk (1.5k), Yalikavak(5k), and Bodrum (20K) which boast great nightlife, restaurants, shops, marinas and cafes. Closer to home are some amazing restaurants in Gumusluk, and plenty of beach space and Beach Clubs where you will be warmly welcomed.

There is a shop less than 250m from the apartment which sells all the essentials, whilst Yalikavak and Gumusluk (both 5 minutes by car or Dolmus Bus) both boast more fresh produce and supermarkets.

There are wonderful markets nearly every day in the area and during the summer months you can access the beach at Gumusluk and sample the locally caught fish and enjoy the ambience of this sleepy village with its unique charm.

Welcome packages can be organised for you from £30 including food supplies to get you going, transfers from the airport are roughly £60 return and takes around 30 mins from Bodrum Airport, Car Hire can also be arranged to enable you to explore further Turkish Delights - and cars can be delivered to your apartment and also returned or picked up from the airport.

There is plenty to do in this area, some lovely restaurants, nightlife in Bodrum and Yalikavak, sailing, boat trips, swimming, mountain biking, watersports, shopping, resting and of course eating great food and getting the most of the views and the beautiful Turkish weather.

A car is not essential if you plan to relax at the apartment, or have no problem using local transport (which is very cheap and regular both night and day), but it should be advised that the properties views and panoramas are balanced by the fact that the complex is at the top of a hill which is set less than 1K from the beach, but you will need to get up there, so a car may be preferrable for you.

The apartment is serviced once a week and you are advised to bring your own beach towels as these are not provided although pretty much everything else besides yourselves is included.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment but you can smoke on the roof terrace and on the balcony, as well as in the communal outdside areas.

The apartment has a great selection of movies and a flat screen Tv and Hi-Fi Music System, fully equipped kitchen, Bbq - and everything you need for a truly unique and wonderful holiday!

Wi-Fi is being fitted to the complex so yoiu can connect to the internet, this is expected from May 2008.

The Apartment boasts a large balcony, and full size roof terrace to enjoy probably the most amazing sunsets over the ocean you have seen. The master bedroom has french doors which afford an amazing panorama of the ocean and surrounding islands far into the distance.

The lounge/Kitchen is open plan and fitted to a high standard, including a tasteful plasma, Hi Fi system and DVD, large leather sofa and well equipped kitchen. The modern, fully tiled bathroom features a powerful shower and jacuzzi bath, and there is a family size fridge/freezer and brand new washing machine. The Decor is modern with a comfy finish, wooden floors and a hint of Turkey.

Set atop a hill which rises from the sea, the Grand Sea View complex features a truly spectacular communal pool and bar area which boasts 220 degree views across the sea and around the Bodrum Peninsula, from Yalikavak to Bodrum and across to the Greek island of Kos.

The infinity pool is heated and features a jacuzzi and a huge ocean panorma, while underneath there is a Turkish Hamam (Steam Room) and Sauna, if you weren't warm enough already!
